Terms and Conditions

Important - The following contract terms and conditions (‘the terms’) must be read before placing an order (‘the goods’) as the terms and conditions will be incorporated into the contract between you (the customer) and us (Bread and Butter Press).

Contract
The order you send us is an offer to purchase the goods and that offer is only accepted by Bread and Butter Press, and thereby a binding contract made, when Bread and Butter Press sends you an email confirming/accepting your order. These terms and conditions are incorporated into all contracts.

Pricing
The price payable by the customer is as listed on Bread and Butter Press's website at the time of the placing of the order. Bread and Butter Press reserve the right to alter prices on the website. Postage and packing are calculated where the goods are sent to an address in the UK. For addresses outside the UK, on receipt of the order Bread and Butter Press will calculate the cost of postage and packing to the address specified and will notify the customer of the additional costs. Bread and Butter Press will not accept the order and/or dispatch the goods until payment of this additional sum is made. Any customs, excise or other levies imposed by authorities in respect of delivery outside the UK (or requests for information by authorities) are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
Payment must be received in full for all goods ordered, including any additional charges, before the goods can be dispatched to the customer unless 30 day trade terms have been agreed.

Discharge of liability to supply the goods, the passing of Title, and dispatch
Title to the goods will pass to the customer when the goods are delivered by Bread and Butter Press to the carrier or Royal Mail with an instruction to deliver the goods to the address given with the order. Bread and Butter Press will only deliver to the carrier or Royal Mail goods that are of a merchantable quality and comply with the contract terms. On delivery of the goods to the carrier or Royal Mail in accordance with this condition Bread and Butter Press shall be deemed to have delivered the goods under the terms of the contract.

Liability
Bread and Butter Press shall not be liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience, consequential or indirect loss or damage or have any liability to pay compensation other than any provable financial losses reasonably and foreseeably incurred by a customer who has complied with these terms.

Force Majeure
Bread and Butter Press shall not be liable for failure to comply with the terms of the contract caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable the validity and enforceability of all other parts shall not be affected. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
